ppA leading global investment management firm is seeking an experienced compliance professional to establish and lead its European compliance function.
This is a senior, hands-on opportunity with significant responsibility and scope to shape the firm's European compliance framework.
/ppThe role will take ownership of day-to-day compliance and AML matters, act as MLRO, report to the Board and manage regulatory relationships with CONSOB and Banca d'Italia.
/ph3We are looking for: /h3ulli10+ years' EU asset management compliance experience /liliStrong knowledge of relevant regulation, SGRs, UCITS management companies and AIFMs /liliExperience across MiFID II, DORA, AML and cross-border passporting /liliProfessional fluency in English/Italian /liliConfidence engaging with regulators, senior stakeholders and global teams /li /ul /p #J-*****-Ljbffr
