Your opportunity We are looking for a commercially driven Group Segment Manager – Wine & Food Packaging to lead growth across two strategic segments at Group level. You will work directly with customers, sales teams, and Business Units across Europe to develop winning segment strategies, identify new growth opportunities, and bring innovative packaging solutions to market. As the segment expert, you will translate consumer, market, and filling trends into commercial success while shaping Vetropack's future portfolio. What you'll do * Develop and execute Group-wide growth strategies for Wine & Food Packaging * Partner with leading food and wine brands across Europe * Drive innovation, sustainability, lightweighting, and premium packaging initiatives * Shape future product portfolios with Sales, Marketing, Operations,
