We are looking for a Solution Architect to join our Enterprise Architecture & Integration Engineering team , helping shape and evolve our integration landscape to ensure systems, applications, and data work together seamlessly.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the design and governance of application and system integrations across Lavazza's technology landscape
- Review integration solutions to ensure alignment with architectural standards, security requirements, and business objectives
- Support the definition and evolution of integration patterns, APIs, data flows, and interoperability principles across platforms
- Maintain and enhance architectural documentation, technical standards, and integration guidelines
- Collaborate with internal teams, technology vendors, and system integrators to ensure the quality and consistency of delivered solutions
- Assess impacts, dependencies, and risks related to integration initiatives and technology changes
- Support the adoption of scalable and reusable integration approaches that enable future business and technology evolution
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our enterprise architecture and integration capabilities
Qualifications
You may be a great fit if you have experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Solution Design
- Systems Integration
- Technical Analysis or IT Project Delivery
You'll ideally bring:
- Experience working in complex application landscapes and integration environments
- Solid understanding of application architecture principles, integration patterns, APIs, data flows, and system lifecycle management
- Background in software development, technical analysis, solution architecture, or project delivery
- Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams, vendors, and external partners
- Knowledge of modern integration approaches and distributed architectures
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to understand business needs and translate them into technology solutions
- Excellent communication skills and ability to engage both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
- Fluency in English and Italian
- Exposure to cloud‑based architectures, microservices, and API‑led integration approaches
- Familiarity with AI solutions, Business Intelligence platforms, and data ecosystems
- Experience with enterprise integration platforms and middleware technologies
- Knowledge of architecture frameworks and governance practices

Salary and Compensation
- The role is classified at 2°, CCNL Industria Alimentare
- Initial annual gross salary of minimum €45,000
- Premio per Obiettivi (PPO) equal to €2,500 at target level for 2026
