Role Highlights

- Drive the development of new products from concept to launch, grounded in data, insight and storytelling.
- Create clear project briefs defining design, pricing, packaging, and commercial metrics.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with marketing, operations, design, and co-manufacturers to ensure seamless delivery.
- Own and manage project budgets and P&L;, ensuring scalability and profitability.
- Present proposals and progress updates to the Board, influencing future innovation strategy.

You Will Need

- Proven success leading end-to-end innovation within FMCG in the food industry.
- Expertise in shaping white-space opportunities, not just managing NPD timelines.
- Financial acumen and confidence in building and presenting P&Ls.;
- Creative, strategic mindset with excellent organisational and influencing skills.
- Experience collaborating across global teams and managing multiple high-impact projects.
