ph3WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY /h3 /brul /brliTake ownership of Unit performance by defining and executing action plans aligned with country priorities and monitoring KPIs to address opportunities and risks in a fast-changing environment.
/li /brliDrive commercial excellence across all channels by steering sales on top-selling, prioritized products and IKEA service solutions while ensuring the Unit is always in excellent shape.
/li /brliUse customer, market and competition insights to adapt commercial actions, responding to local needs, feedback and stock availability.
/li /brliCollaborate closely with the Store Commercial Team, Service Office matrix and PC to ensure strong alignment and the right competence in place to deliver excellent customer experience.
/li /brliRecruit, onboard and develop the team, strengthening sales mindset, product knowledge and service competence while supporting engagement and succession planning.
/li /br /ul /brh3WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE /h3 /brul /brliProven experience in Sales, including coordinating resources and supporting team performance delivery /li /brliKnowledge of Sales techniques, local market and services, Sales Steering, Sales channels, Cycles, Data Analytics and Sales KPIs, PL /li /brliAbility to make things happen, priorities and make decisions by championing flexibility, speed,
and simplicity /li /brliA considered decision-maker thanks to strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trustful relationships /li /brliAbility to organize and prioritize different tasks and processes and identify business opportunities /li /brliFollow up and measure performance outcomes, capturing key learnings to continuously improve planning and future results.
/li /brliAbility to speak in Italian and English /li /br /ul /brpPermanent contract classified at Level II under the Italian National Collective Labour Agreement for Modern Organized Distribution.
