Technical Sales Support Specialist
Your Role
You support Shelly customers across the Italian speaking markets and make every interaction helpful, clear, and human. You provide pre- and post-sales assistance, guide users through our products, and identify new business opportunities that support the growth of our sales team.
Requirements
- You are fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken
- You have at least 2 years of experience in customer support,
technical support, sales support, or a similar customer-facing role
- You have experience with wiring and concept diagrams for electrical connections and first-hand knowledge of the Shelly ecosystem
- You communicate clearly, confidently, and professionally across phone, email, chat, and support platforms
- You approach customer questions with patience, curiosity, and a practical problem-solving mindset
- You are comfortable using CRM, helpdesk, or ticketing systems;
experience with Zendesk or HubSpot is an advantage
- You orgnise your work effectively and keep customer information and follow-up actions accurate
- You are interested in technology, smart homes, and connected devices
- You bring experience in IoT, electronics, home automation, or technical products
- You recognise commercial opportunities and feel comfortable supporting lead qualification and pre-sales activities
- You collaborate well with sales, technical, and product teams in an international environment
