ppAs a Vice President within an Italian branch of a European CIB bank, you will lead the FCC program to ensure compliance with legal, regulatory and Group requirements.
You will develop and implement an effective compliance framework focusing on AML/CTF, sanctions, and ABC while partnering with local and HQ teams.
You will apply a risk-based approach to guide decision?making, onboarding, and transaction reviews.
Your impact includes strengthening the compliance management system and delivering training and reporting to senior stakeholders.
/pulliidentify applicable regulatory and Group requirements and assess their impact on processes /liliadvise business functions on FCC risks,



especially onboarding and transactions /lilireview and validate policies and procedures and enforce them /liliassess and enhance organizational measures to mitigate FCC risk /lilicoordinate FCC activities across the organization and 1st Line of Defense /liliprovide regular FCC reporting to HQ and local management /liliinform the FCC department promptly on compliance issues /lilishare best practices across the Bank and with Group Compliance FCC /lilideliver training sessions to employees /lilisupport the Local Chief Compliance Officer in product/service adequacy assessments and regulatory reporting /liliuniversity level degree or comparable /lilisecond level master's in Compliance or related fields would be a plus /liliat least 7 years of experience /liliItalian mother tongue and fluent in English /lilitrack record in Compliance or Internal Audit or consultancy /lilideep knowledge of European and Italian banking law and AML/CTF, sanctions, ABC /liliknowledge of GDPR, anti-usury and transparency regulations a plus; MiFID experience advantageous /li /ulpAs a Vice President within an Italian branch of a European CIB bank, you will lead the FCC program to ensure compliance with legal, regulato... /p /p #J-*****-Ljbffr
