/pp Qualifications /pulli Proven experience in senior HR leadership roles, preferably with a mix of well-established large organisation and smaller growing organisation.
/lili Familiarity with HR best practices and the implementation of such practices into a blank canvas /lili Strong business acumen with the ability to align HR strategy to business growth objectives.
/lili Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in Italian and English /lili Hands-on, pragmatic approach with a track record of delivering results in dynamic environments.
/lili Familiarity with employment law and best practices in Italy and the EU.
