## Database Administrator ExpertApplylocations: ITA - NA - NAPOLItime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Todayjob requisition id: **Job Description:**DXC Technology is looking for a Database Administrator Expert to join the Cloud & Infrastructure team.## Responsibilities* Proven experience in operational management and performance tuning of databases, with end-to-end technical ownership of the database environment, from design to implementation* Strong skills in backup/restore strategies and service continuity support* Ability to monitor and troubleshoot performance issues, including the resolution of complex technical problems on database systems and platforms* Experience collaborating with infrastructure teams for application integration, and direct interface with clients and technical teams for requirements gathering and solution validation* Technical guidance and support for junior/mid team members, contributing to the definition of technical standards and best practices within the team* Availability to contribute to the hiring process through technical assessments during interviews## We Require* Team player mindset and ability to manage tasks and priorities independently, with strong problem-solving skills and effective communication with clients and technical teams* Oracle (Standalone and RAC)* Microsoft SQL Server (Standalone and Always On)* MySQL Server (Standalone and Always On)* PostgreSQL (Standalone and Cluster)* MongoDB (Standalone and Replica Set)* Experience with Generative AI tools is a plus**Location:** Naples (NA) with lavoro da remoto possibility## Why Join UsThe position offers a gross annual base salary starting from €36.000.
