Overview

As Quality Engineer II at Honeywell, you contribute to ensuring the quality and reliability of our products from the Trieste Factory. You collaborate with a cross‑functional quality team to implement QA processes and drive improvements in the shopfloor. You will audit processes, lead corrective actions, and support new product development with multidisciplinary teams. This role supports customer satisfaction through quality excellence and proactive problem solving. You will work under the Quality Engineering Manager to help scale quality across product lifecycles.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree
- 3+ years of experience in quality engineering or a related field
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in quality management systems and methodologies
- Familiarity with statistical analysis tools and techniques (FMEAs, Control Plan, PPAP, SPC, MSA)
- Minitab, Python, SAP, Power BI, Office: intermediate/advanced
- IA fundamentals
- Technology automation and SMT fundamentals
- Collaborative skills
- Intermediate English
