Experteer Overview In this role you will build and lead Commercial Excellence for Western Europe, shaping the function from the ground up. You will define frameworks, drive execution, and partner with local markets to lift commercial performance across the region. You'll lead initiatives in Salesforce effectiveness, targeting, segmentation, marketing impact, and pricing, establishing KPIs to ensure measurable results. This role offers the opportunity to influence senior leadership and contribute to Zentiva's mission of delivering high-quality medicines across Europe. You'll work across multiple markets, translating strategy into end-to-end delivery with clear impact. Retribuzione / Benefits * Establish and lead the Commercial Excellence discipline across Western Europe from inception * Define and implement frameworks, standards, and ways of working across multiple markets * Partner with country teams to drive execution and measurable performance improvements * Assess current commercial capabilities and identify optimization opportunities * Lead initiatives including Salesforce effectiveness, customer targeting and segmentation, marketing effectiveness,
and pricing optimization * Establish KPIs (analytics and insights) to drive commercial excellence * Build business cases, prioritize initiatives, and ensure end-to-end delivery and impact realization * Drive adoption and consistency of commercial practices across countries through collaboration and influence * Act as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders to elevate commercial performance Responsabilità * Extensive experience in Commercial Excellence, Sales Effectiveness, or similar roles * Proven track record transforming functions in regional or multi-market settings * Strong execution mindset from strategy to implementation * Experience working with local markets and achieving results through influence * Data-driven decision making with strong business acumen * Ability to identify opportunities, build business cases, and deliver measurable results * Strong stakeholder management and networking across multiple countries * Hands-on, proactive approach with high energy and ownership Requisiti fondamentali #J-*****-Ljbffr
