Mutti is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist in Parma to lead end-to-end recruitment for corporate and international roles, partnering with hiring managers to identify, attract and select the best talent. Develop and implement talent attraction and employer branding initiatives to strengthen Mutti’s employer value proposition across different markets.
