DIKTON, a local entity within a leading international group, seeks a Head of Tax and Accounting to strengthen the Italian management team. You will oversee Tax and Accounting operations, ensure accurate statutory reporting, and drive process improvements across the function.

Reporting to the Country CFO, you will lead a local team, coordinate tax provisions, returns and payments, manage external advisors, and support FP&A; with tax planning and budgeting.
