We are looking for a talented and committed Fresh Graduate Engineer to play a Maintenance Supervisor role in one of our plants located in Turin - Mirafiori.
Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the Maintenance Supervisor include but are not limited to the following:
To coordinate the maintenance team, ensuring production continuity with the highest level of Safety, Quality, Costs and Environment;
driving continuous improvement activities and ensures the highest skills develop;
Plan preventive and scheduled maintenance;
Manage complex faults and analyse root causes;
Monitor maintenance KPIs (faults, MTBF, costs);
Reporting to the Area Manager of the Production Unit, he/she is responsible for managing a maintenance team.
He/She works from 6.00 am to 2.00 pm or from 2.00 pm to ***** pm or from ***** pm to 6.00 am on alternate weeks, in accordance with the assigned production shift.
He/She must be willing to work 15, 18 or 20 shifts per week, totalling 40 hours per week, with days off on a rotation basis.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experiences:
Master degree in Engineering (Mechanical - Electronics Engineering, Automotive Engineering or Management Engineering);
1/3 years of experience in the specific or similar roles in a manufacturing plant is a plus;
Fluent in English (minimum B2 level);
Analytical approach;
Advanced problem-solving;
Excellent team work orientation;
Excellent communication skills;Sense of responsibility;Ability to learn and to work under pressure;Sense of initiative;Technical knowledge of Assembly lines and Industrial Machinery;Good leadership skills.
Offer
Salary range: from 36 K€ to 42 K€, that will be defined depending on the level of adherence of the candidate to the job requirements
Collective Agreement: In accordance with the provisions of the Specific Collective Labour Agreement (CCSL – CNEL code: CO10), and in particular with regard to the classification within the third professional area.
