Builder Lead Converter is seeking a Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our remote marketing team, translate company goals into quarterly priorities, and coordinate cross-functional delivery. You will own the planning, accountability, and execution system connecting marketing and sales to leads, opportunities, and revenue.

This is a full-time, remote role with growth opportunities. You will report to leadership and collaborate with Account Management, Client Operations, and Marketing specialists
