ppAs Visual merchandising manager instore, you will be an ambassador of the Brand and ensure the consistency, quality and sophistication of the visual merchandising implementation on all product categories.
You will support the business strategy and contribute enhancing the Client experience in store.
With this role you will oversee all products category launches, performances and the overall image of the store, including lighting, fornitures and all extra activities.
/p h3Job responsibilities /h3 ul liPlan, prepare and implement store VM zoning and rotations in collaboration with Store Management /li liResponsible of windows installation and events set up /li liShare qualitative visual feedback after each rotation with the Visual Merchandising Manager and Central team /li liBe the ambassador and the role model in store /li liMaster knowledge on all product categories /li liLeverage visual merchandising as a way to drive the sales engaging and involving Store management /li liManage, guide, develop In Store VMs intern/s /li liVisit competitors and report best practices /li liGuide and train the stores team through the VM standards required in order to support the sophistication and ensure a correct image of the store /li liEngage and sensibilize all sales team to maintenance and products replacement /li /ul h3Profile /h3 ul liSensitivity to product and passion for luxury goods /li liSense of Style, Art and Fashion /li liDetail oriented /li liExcellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills /li liExcellent knowledge of the market and competitors /li liAbility to manage priorities and work under pressure /li /ul /p #J-*****-Ljbffr
