By deeply understanding each Client and their needs, you will personalize their experience in our store/boutique, enhancing their perception of the Brand and also building long lasting relationships through the use of our in-house clienteling tools and systems.You are a Tod ?s Ambassador promoting our Company Values.Main tasks:Serve customers accordingly with the TOD'S values and selling ceremony; Maintain strongproduct knowledge and create a storytelling aligned with brand; Use effective sales techniques to achieve and exceed store sales targets and individual KPIs; Maintain strongclient relationships through follow-ups and CRM, in order to create a solid client portfolio and to build loyalty; Keep the boutique organized, clean, and aligned with brand standards; Manage and support team in daily operational activities on the sales floor (restocking, organizing merchandise, visual merchandising, physical inventory of merchandise, etc.); Manage payments, returns,
