Experteer Overview In this role you will lead regional sales for our intralogistics automation business across EMEA, leveraging a strong client and consultant network. You will be the main contact for key customers and drive new project wins by offering tailored automation solutions. You work closely with engineering, project management, and service teams to ensure seamless execution and target achievement. You will influence growth by staying ahead of industry trends and expanding our market presence while promoting value-based solutions. Responsibilities * Drive regional sales growth by acquiring new customers * Develop and maintain relationships with customers, consultants, and institutions in the intralogistics market * Understand automated intralogistics solutions (AS/RS, AGVs/AMRs, shuttle, conveyors, picking systems) and their applications * Analyze customer needs to tailor solution options * Lead full project sales cycle from lead generation to contract signature * Coordinate with internal teams and external partners for delivery and executionReport on sales activities, pipeline,



and KPIs to meet order intake targets * Monitor industry trends and participate in events to promote solutions Qualifications * Completed studies in Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering or equivalent qualification * Proven track record in sales/business development/solution selling, preferably in intralogistics automation * Strong network in intralogistics market (customers, consultants, institutions) * Deep understanding of automated intralogistics solutions and applications * Analytical and problem-solving skills to assess needs and recommend solutions * Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills * Ability to work independently and in a team; good organizational and time management * Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite * Willingness to travel within the region * Fluency in English and German is a plus Benefits * Excellent social benefits * Attractive salary structures * Scope for developing your own ideas * Interdisciplinary responsibilities * International, collegial team * Comprehensive support #J-*****-Ljbffr
