What you'll do Collaborate closely with Account Executives to enhance the technical aspects of sales conversations, ensuring clients understand the full potential of our offerings.
Deliver customized support and design innovative solutions tailored to the technical needs of both existing and prospective clients.
Create compelling technical demonstrations that effectively showcase the advantages and functionalities of our products.
Develop and curate technical resources aimed at improving the sales team's capabilities and deepening their technical expertise.
Design self-service tools and comprehensive documentation to facilitate customer self-implementation of our solutions.
Identify recurring integration patterns and features that could be standardized, working in tandem with product teams to bring these concepts to fruition.
Engage with clients to gather feedback and insights that can inform product development and enhance user experience.
Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate clients on best practices for utilizing our voice AI platform.
Monitor industry trends and competitor offerings to ensure our solutions remain competitive and relevant.
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues that clients may encounter during implementation or usage.
Foster strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and advocate for their needs within the company.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of client feedback into product enhancements and updates.
Requirements A genuine passion for AI, technology, and the innovative products offered by ElevenLabs.
Experience in direct customer interaction, demonstrating a knack for refining solutions and providing personalized support.
Ability to identify and standardize patterns that can be scaled across multiple clients.
Strong empathy for the needs of customers, as well as for the sales and product teams, facilitating effective collaboration.
A solid technical background that enables you to assist clients in designing integrations between our solutions and their existing systems.
Previous experience engaging with customers, whether through academic projects, internships, or personal initiatives, with a strong desire to work closely on technical challenges.
Proficiency in Python,
along with a comprehensive understanding of software development, architecture, and common integration methodologies.
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages for different audiences, ensuring clarity and understanding.
Nice to have Familiarity with voice AI technologies and their applications in various industries.
Experience in a customer-facing technical role, particularly within a SaaS environment.
Knowledge of additional programming languages or frameworks that complement Python.
Understanding of cloud services and deployment strategies related to AI solutions.
Previous experience in a startup or fast-paced environment, demonstrating adaptability and initiative.
Skills & tools Proficient in Python programming language.
Familiarity with software development methodologies and best practices.
Experience with API integrations and related technologies.
Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and propose effective solutions.
