ppIn this role you will lead a team of CRAs within Clinical Operations to ensure delivery aligns with strategic goals.
You will oversee resource planning, upskilling, performance, and career development, shaping day-to-day strategy and cross-functional collaboration.
You will monitor KPIs at the individual and team level and partner with HR to manage people plans.
