/p /brh3Responsibility: /h3 /brh3Campaign Execution Optimization /h3 /brul /brliExecute and manage lead generation campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn /li /brliSupport the definition and implementation of campaign structure, targeting, and bidding strategies /li /brliMonitor and optimize performance against key KPIs (CPL, MQLs, conversion rate) /li /brliContribute to full-funnel activities (awareness - consideration - conversion) /li /brliCollaborate with Brand Managers to ensure alignment on creatives and campaign objectives /li /brliSupport optimization of landing pages and campaign flows to improve lead quality /li /br /ul /brh3Tracking Data Management /h3 /brul /brliSupport the setup and management of tracking via GTM, GA4, and platform pixels /li /brliEnsure data consistency and support end-to-end tracking up to Salesforce CRM /li /brliManage and monitor data flows and automations (including Zapier) /li /brliSupport cookie and consent management activities in line with GDPR requirements /li /br /ul /brh3Performance Analysis Reporting /h3 /brul /brliMonitor campaign performance on a daily basis and highlight optimization opportunities /li /brliAnalyze full funnel performance (media - leads - CRM - conversion)
/li /brliBuild and maintain reports using Power BI /li /brliProvide regular updates and insights to Brand Managers to support campaign decisions /li /brliContribute to performance reviews with Marketing and Sales teams /li /brliSupport lead quality analysis in collaboration with Sales /li /br /ul /brh3Collaboration Governance /h3 /brul /brliWork closely with Marketing and Sales teams to improve campaign effectiveness /li /brliSupport alignment with global guidelines and frameworks /li /brliContribute to global performance discussions/committees by sharing data, results, and learnings /li /brliEnsure consistency and accuracy in campaign execution and reporting /li /br /ul /brh3Skills: /h3 /brul /brli4–6+ years of experience in Performance Marketing / PPC / Lead Generation /li /brliHands?on experience with: Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads (mandatory); Salesforce (mandatory); Power BI (mandatory); Zapier; Google Tag Manager GA4 /li /brliStrong analytical mindset with ability to: interpret performance data; identify optimization opportunities; translate data into actionable insights /li /brliExperience working with performance KPIs (CPL, MQL, conversion rate) /li /brliGood understanding of digital funnel and lead generation dynamics /li /brliAbility to collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Global) /li /brliFluent English /li /br /ul /brh3Nice to Have /h3 /brul /brliExperience with programmatic or advanced media buying /li /brliBasic knowledge of CRO and A/B testing /li /brliExperience in multi-market environments /li /br /ul /brh3What we offer /h3 /brul /brliPermanent contract.
