Essentra is seeking an HSE Manager to lead environmental, health and safety across three Italian sites (Bologna, Milano, Vicenza). The role ensures ISO 14001 and UNI ISO 45001:2018 compliance, drives safety culture, and collaborates with plant leaders to embed robust EH&S; practices on site.

The successful candidate will develop and maintain the HSE management system, coordinate audits, and deliver training and improvements in safety performance across operations.
