Role Highlights

Drive the development of new products from concept to launch, grounded in data, insight and storytelling.

Create clear project briefs defining design, pricing, packaging, and commercial metrics.

Lead cross-functional collaboration with marketing, operations, design, and co-manufacturers to ensure seamless delivery.

Own and manage project budgets and P&L;, ensuring scalability and profitability.

Present proposals and progress updates to the Board, influencing future innovation strategy.

You Will Need

Proven success leading end-to-end innovation within FMCG in the food industry.

Expertise in shaping white-space opportunities, not just managing NPD timelines.

Financial acumen and confidence in building and presenting P&Ls.;

Creative, strategic mindset with excellent organisational and influencing skills.

Experience collaborating across global teams and managing multiple high-impact projects.
