domain Innovations, Development & QualityCalenzano, ITShare:R&D; Testing & Consumer Insights SpecialistWe are looking for a Testing & Consumer Insights Specialist to join our Research and Development team in our Beauty & Personal Care business unit based in Calenzano.How you make the differenceThis position is crucial for Bolton because R&D; team has the ownership to boost innovations and to contribute to develop a competitive position in the market.How your agenda looks like:Support marketing and R&D; in creating claims and identifying the most suitable performance tests to support themContact external institutes to design and conduct clinical trials, both for performance and safetyCoordinate the production and shipping of test samplesInterpret clinical results, identifying the most effective optionsAnalyze clinical claims for competing productsManage the clinical trial budget.Archive clinical protocols in the most accurate and usable manner.Your team:You will collaborate with R&D; Personal Care team and you will be supported by your Manager, Testing & Consumer Insights Manager.What makes you a great fit:Education: bachelor in Chemistry or similarWork Experience: 2/3years in a similar roleSoft skills: innovation, proactivity, curiosity,
