Are you passionate about bringing organizations together and driving successful post-merger integration across Europe? Join Grundfos and help develop smarter water solutions that reduce energy consumption and improve quality of life. As our new Integration Manager , you will lead the integration of acquired water treatment companies (Eurowater, Culligan C&I;, EUWA, Everblue, and others) into Grundfos as part of our Water Treatment Integration program.
Working across functions and cultures, you will support growth ambitions while fostering collaboration, well-being, and inclusion. As part of the Water Treatment Europe Integration team, you will help shape the future of Grundfos’s Water Treatment business across Europe through effective integration initiatives. Coordinate cross-functional teams across departments, locations, and acquired companies to deliver integration milestones.
Manage integration plans, timelines, budgets, and resources while tracking business case targets. Maintain communication with acquired company leaders, WT Europe Leadership, Group M&A;, and Strategy. Lead change management activities supporting new systems, processes, and ways of working.
Identify risks, implement mitigation plans, and ensure compliance requirements are met. Foster collaboration and cultural integration across European organizations. You are a strong project leader with the ability to connect stakeholders,
bridge cultures, and drive complex integration programs.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, or a related field. ~3+ years of experience at Grundfos in project management, consulting, or similar roles. ~ Experience leading cross-functional teams and complex projects. ~ Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Have experience with mergers and acquisitions (M&A;) and post-merger integration. Have knowledge of water treatment or industrial sectors.

In line with Italian pay transparency regulations: CCNL: Indicative gross annual salary: €50,008–€72,248, depending on experience, skills, and market benchmarks.
