Enovis Corporation (NYSE: ENOV) is a growth medical technology company dedicated to developing clinically differentiated solutions to improve patient outcomes and transform workflows.
We are looking for a Consolidated Financial Statement Specialist to join the Finance team at Villanova di San Daniele del Friuli. The role focuses on annual consolidation in compliance with Italian regulations and monthly reporting to the U.S. parent company.
Responsibilities
- Preparation of entries to adjust the group companies’ books to IFRS 16 and ASC 842.
- Support in intra-group economic and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Support in verifying month-end closing of group companies’ books.
- Prepare consolidation entries and reporting package for the sub-consolidated Surgical International.
- Assist in the annual closing process and prepare the statutory and consolidated financial statements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in economics or related fields.
- 2–3 years of experience in a similar function in multinational companies or audit firms.
- Knowledge of IAS/IFRS accounting standards (proficiency in IFRS 16 is a plus).
- Good command of English,
written and spoken (B2 level).
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
