Valmet is seeking a Software Technician to join our Lucca operation. You will perform software check out and commissioning for converting roll machines, service customer installations, and assist with programming and troubleshooting on-site or remotely.

The role requires 2–3 years in a manufacturing setting, experience with PLC/HMI programming and safety, and fluency in English and Italian. Travel willingness and a proactive, quality‑driven mindset are essential.
