Maintenance Planner – Reliability Engineer

Responsibilities

- Responsible for site maintenance plan through SAP PM (CMMS) management
- Maintenance performance monitoring and reliability improvement initiatives
- Working closely with Engineering, Maintenance and Production global and local teams
- Leading Spare Parts team
- Develop maintenance excellence and continuous improvement initiatives
- Monitor and analyze maintenance KPIs, equipment performance, and reliability trends
- Support the Head of Engineering & Maintenance in the maintenance budget management
- Contribute to technical spare parts optimization and contractor management
- Support procurement activities within the Engineering area
- Ensure compliance with GMP, safety, environmental and corporate requirements
- Maintain and update engineering and maintenance documentation

Qualifications





- Degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical preferred) or equivalent technical background
- 3+ years of experience in maintenance planning within complex industrial environments
- Good knowledge of SAP PM is mandatory
- Understanding of maintenance and operation of manufacturing equipment
- Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (TPM, Lean Manufacturing) and of safety regulations (GMP is a plus)
- Fluency both in Italian and English
- Strong analytical, communication and ability to work cross-functionally
- Passion for continuous improvement and operational excellence
