As Account Manager, you drive growth by managing and expanding a Bio-Techne portfolio across a defined territory. You will engage academic, biotech, CRO, and industrial customers, collaborating with Sales Support, Sales Specialist, and Marketing to deliver tailored solutions. You’ll blend relationship-building with data-driven planning to hit targets and uncover new opportunities. This role offers impact through market insights, strategic account management, and cross-functional teamwork.

- Promote Bio-Techne solutions to academic, biotech, CROs and industrial customers
- Define and deploy prospecting and customer loyalty actions
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure service quality and satisfaction
- Prepare tailored commercial offers and quotations
- Negotiate contracts and framework agreements
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships and conduct on-site visits




- Develop and execute sales and marketing plans aligned with strategy
- Provide sales forecasts, analyze data, and report activities
- Manage customer data in SFDC and maintain territory plans
- Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and address customer needs
- Bachelor or Master in Life Sciences or related field
- Experience in a sales-driven, target-oriented environment
- CRM experience (SFDC preferred)
- Ability to track ROI and KPIs
- English professional working proficiency
