Warehouse Operations Data Analyst

In this role you combine application development, database management, and data analytics to support operational performance across Ingenico’s ITA Hub. You will build and maintain internal tools and MySQL databases, deliver reliable data and meaningful KPIs, and create dashboards to inform management decisions. You will work with cross‑functional teams to drive process improvements and automation, contributing to data-driven decision making in a global payments context.
- Manage, maintain, and develop internal applications for the ITA Hub and implement new functionalities to improve tools
- Develop and maintain MySQL databases supporting business applications through PHP development
- Ensure reliability and efficiency of internal systems; provide user support and troubleshoot issues
- Collect, process, and analyze data from company systems and operations to develop KPIs for logistics and warehouse performance
- Create dashboards and reports using Power BI and Excel; prepare analyses and presentations for management
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and reliability for business decision‑making
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify process improvements and implement solutions
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field or 2+ years in a similar Data Analysis/ Reporting/ Programming role
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel; good knowledge of Power BI
- Good knowledge of SQL / MySQL; experience in PHP development
- Familiarity with relational databases and data management principles
- SAP knowledge is a strong advantage
- Fluent Italian; good command of English
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving mindset; ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
