Your Responsibilities

- Collaboration with the external consultant for the management and monitoring of payroll processes
- Administrative management of new hires of employees and interns in Italy and abroad
- Main contact person for employees’ and managers’ questions
- Drafting and implementation of personnel policies
- Attendance monitoring and management of various periodic HR deadlines
- Optimization of internal administrative processes and collaboration with external partners

Your Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor's degree in economics or law sciences or high school diploma
- Several years of professional experience in personnel administration or in a payroll office
- Knowledge and experience of labour law
- Structured working method with a high level of discretion
- Good knowledge of German, Italian and English
