Responsibilities

- Responsible for the overall management of the project ensuring that the technical and financial goals of the project are achieved as set out by the management
- Keeps the relationship to all related parties, especially to the local authorities and takes part in all relevant meetings.
- Prepares cost estimations for design and construction at all stages (calculation of total development costs for a project) and supports tender proceedings
