Radius is seeking a People Business Partner to support Italy, Portugal and Spain from Milan. The role partners with senior leadership, drives HR strategies, and leads change initiatives across territories.

You will analyse HR data, develop training programs, and ensure legal compliance while fostering a positive organizational culture. Required are 5+ years in HR, 2 years of line management, strong Italian and English skills, and a Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business Administration.
