We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to drive business growth in the railway and urban transportation market. The role combines market development, customer engagement, bid support and cross-functional collaboration to help deliver winning solutions for our customers.



The position in based in Naples, Italy.

Accountabilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities across domestic railway markets.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners and key stakeholders.

- Support bid activities, including market engagement, opportunity qualification and commercial positioning.

- Contribute to sales strategy, pipeline development and market analysis to support business growth.

- Coordinate with engineering, bidding, finance and delivery teams to shape competitive and compliant solutions.

- Represent the company at customer meetings, industry events and business development initiatives.
