Summary The Intern will be included in the Sales Analytics Team of Knauf Italy, that takes care of supporting the Sales and Commercial Excellence Departments. The intern will have the chance to carry out a training project on the processes of preparing commercial proposals and on how to analyze and interpret sales statistics.

Within the proposed training project, the intern will focus in particular on the following activities:

learning the sales process and commercial policy of Knauf Italia;

learning how to manage the price list, as well as the policy and structure of the discounts applied to it;

learning the criteria and methods for customer segmentation;

learning how to use the internal ERP system and how to update customer databases and the related discounts applied;

learning the CRM system and the tools needed to monitor sales opportunities and commercial offers;

learning how to manage periodic reports on sales performance and how to verify the accuracy and timing of report issuance.

Additionally, the intern, supported by the tutor and the more senior team,



will have the opportunity to participate in supporting the implementation of international projects and in the management of month-end financial closing activities.

Who are we looking for University degrees preferably in Economics Science or Statistics

Good knowledge of the English language

Good knowledge of Office tools (MS Excel, Power Point) and instruments of Business Analytics

Commercial and Analytical Approach

Ability to listen carefully, to communicate effectively, to solve problems

Proactivity and ability to organize work by prioritizing activities

Desire to grow professionally and learn

Nice to have: knowledge of Salesforce and SAP

Work location: Castellina Marittima (PI)

What we offer Monthly salary of €700 gross, buoni pasto of €8/day, transport allowance.
