Nobel Recruitment is seeking a founding commercial professional to own the Italian market for our energy data SaaS, helping shape strategic sales and customer relationships in a growth-focused setup.

You will work alongside two commercial colleagues, with remote work within Italy (ideally Milan-based), and travel to events and customer visits as part of the role. By year two, target €250k-€300k ARR and €10k-€50k deal sizes are expected, with strong upsell potential.
