In this role you are the first technical and quality contact for automotive customers, bridging between customers and ArcelorMittal teams. You will support business growth, promote high-value and sustainable solutions, and coordinate with mills, R&D;, and CTO to solve technical issues. You’ll develop deep customer understanding to shape strategies and trials that drive value. - Maintain regular customer relationships and act as the main technical interface
- Support business development through technical discussions, trials, and product developments
- Promote HAV products and sustainable solutions while contributing to long-term customer plans
- Coordinate technical activities between customers and internal stakeholders (mills, R&D;, CTO)
- Provide technical expertise on products, applications, and processes; manage order specs
- Organize technical trainings for customer teams
- Support product development, trials, and industrial validations
- Lead quality and claim management, including root cause investigations and corrective actions
- Master's degree in Engineering, Metallurgy, Materials Science or related field
- Minimum 3 years in production, quality, R&D;, process engineering or similar technical environment
- Knowledge of metallurgical processes, industry standards, and flat carbon steel products
- Automotive industry experience is advantageous
- Native or fluent Italian; very good English; additional European languages beneficial
