Clinical Research Associate (CRA) – 1 Year Contract (Renewable, depending on needs and performance) Italy - CRA can be based in Milan, Rome or Bologna Up to 0.6 FTE ASAP Start Date MUST HAVE – Kidney Transplant Monitoring ExperiencePosition Summary We are looking for a Clinical Research Associate (CRA) to support a transplant, pulmonary and oncology studies. The role involves monitoring clinical trial sites across Italy Responsibilities Track and lead patient recruitment strategies. Work with site staff to support overall site performance.

Conduct site initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits according to study timelines. Ensure trial sites comply with the protocol and applicable regulations. Maintain timely and complete study documentation and monitoring reports.

Requirements ~ Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or health-related discipline. ~5+ years of CRA experience. ~ Transplant, Pulmonary and/or Oncology Monitoring Experience. ~ Strong understanding of guidelines and regulations. ~ Good communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. ~ Willingness to travel to sites as needed. ~ MUST HAVE Italy CRA certification - required for submission.
