Next Job Abroad is seeking an Italian-speaking International Freelance Recruiter to join its remote, international team. Manage recruitment projects from sourcing through placement for customer service and multilingual roles across Europe.

During onboarding, you will receive paid training; after onboarding, uncapped commission based on results. Expect to work approximately 30–40 hours per week, with complete remote flexibility and ongoing collaboration with an international team.
