Caterpillar is seeking a Senior Tax Manager to lead international tax advisory in a global, fast-paced environment. You will support business expansion, advise on cross-border and M&A; activity, and shape tax strategies to drive value for a multinational.

This role requires 10–12 years of international tax experience, strong analytical and communication skills, fluency in English, and a willingness to travel up to 10%. Hybrid work locations include Milan or Minerbio.
