Satispay is seeking a seasoned Legal Counsel (Transactional) to own drafting, negotiation, and strategy for key commercial agreements across all business lines. You will independently handle complex B2B contracts for corporate welfare and payment services, and guide strategic partnerships from inception to execution.

You’ll advise on SaaS, technology, procurement, and supplier contracts, and collaborate with the AI team to improve templates and automate negotiations.
