TrueLayer is seeking an Agentic Enablement Engineer in Milan to build the infrastructure, tools, and context that empower autonomous agents to tackle complex tasks, such as making changes across repositories and running automated tests with minimal human oversight.

This hybrid role requires 4+ years in software engineering, strong cloud and container experience (AWS, Docker), and a history of delivering scalable agent workflows within CI/CD pipelines and observability frameworks.
