What you'll do
- Collaborate with instructional designers and educators to identify opportunities for integrating AI into existing learning frameworks.
- Design and implement AI-driven learning programs that cater to various learning styles and preferences.
- Conduct research on emerging AI technologies and trends to inform the development of innovative educational solutions.
- Analyze learner data to assess the effectiveness of AI-driven programs and make data-informed recommendations for improvements.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions for educators and staff on the use of AI tools in teaching and learning.
- Develop partnerships with technology providers and academic institutions to enhance Talentgarden's AI capabilities.
- Create and maintain documentation related to AI learning strategies, including best practices and case studies.
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of AI initiatives on learner engagement and outcomes, adjusting strategies as necessary.
- Advocate for the ethical use of AI in education, ensuring that all initiatives align with best practices and regulatory standards.
- Participate in industry conferences and events to represent Talentgarden and share insights on AI in learning.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to promote AI learning initiatives and showcase success stories to attract new learners.
- Stay updated on regulatory changes and compliance issues related to AI in education, ensuring that Talentgarden adheres to all relevant guidelines.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Computer Science, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in educational technology, with a focus on AI applications in learning.
- Strong understanding of AI concepts and their practical applications in educational settings.
- Proven experience in project management, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Strong communication skills,
both written and verbal, to effectively convey complex ideas to diverse audiences.
- Experience in developing training materials and conducting workshops for educators.
- Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and other educational technologies.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to have
