CA&M; is currently seeking resumes for a contingent upon award (proposal) position for a Director of Protestant Religious Services. This is a tempo parziale position at 12 hours per week on site in Italy and a total of (624 per year).

The PDRE is directly responsible for providing and delivering a total Protestant

Religious Education Program from Pre-K through high school levels. In the execution of their duties, they shall:

5.1 Program Administration:

- Coordinate the Protestant Religious Education Program.

- Maintain attendance and ministry statistics.

- Attend weekly Religious Ministries Department meetings

- Meet weekly with Protestant Chaplains.

- Prepare the annual Religious Education calendar.

5.2 Volunteer Development:

- Recruit, orient, train, schedule, and support teachers and assistants.

- Coordinate volunteer appreciation annually.

- Ensure volunteer background check compliance

5.3 Children’s Ministry:

- Coordinate Sunday School (Pre-K through 6TH grade).

- Coordinate Children’s Church.

- Coordinate nursery volunteer support.

- Maintain curriculum and parent communication.

5.4 Youth Ministry and Special Programs:





- Coordinate Protestant Youth Group (7TH grade through High School).

- Coordinate and assist with Vacation Bible School.

- Coordinate Children’s Christmas Program, Easter activities, Trunk or Treat, outreach events, and other approved Protestant ministry programs.

5.5 Facilities and Logistics:

- Maintain inventories and classrooms.
- Coordinate purchase requests.
- Open and secure facilities.
- Report maintenance and safety concerns.
- Coordinate food support when required.

5.6 Reporting and Metrics:

- Record ministry metrics with Chapel usage report QR code and to the Religious Ministry Department.
- Submit monthly statements of service with daily hours worked.
- Notify supervising Chaplain at least seven days before planned leave.

5.7 Flexibility for Mission Requirements:

- The Contractor shall maintain flexibility to support emergent Command Religious Program requirements as coordinated by the supervisory Protestant Chaplain.

Requirements

- Resume/CV

- Documentation of ministry experience
- Proof of legal authorization
- Academic transcripts or degrees
- English certification (if applicable)
