ams OSRAM is seeking a Digital Physical Implementation engineer to handle complex IC back-end tasks, including RTL2GDS flow (synthesis, floorplan, Place&Route;, EMIR analysis, ECO flows) and refining SDC timing constraints with digital designers.

You will run STA and signoff checks, debug designs pre- and post-silicon, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver optimized backend solutions. Fluent English is mandatory; Italian knowledge is a plus.
