You will develop, optimize and industrialize Premium Chocolate products, supporting innovation projects and continuous improvement across laboratories, pilot plants and manufacturing sites. You will lead trials, scale-up activities and supplier tests, owning industrial recipes and evaluating new ingredients to ensure optimal organoleptic characteristics and shelf
