We are a young, ambitious and international startup creating a completely new category of fermented non-alcoholic drinks . At Feral, we believe drinks should tell stories of nature, exploration, curiosity and craftsmanship.
We want to build a global community of chefs, sommeliers, restaurants and explorers who dare to challenge the status quo and believe that gastronomic exploration comes also in liquid form and alcohol-free.
We are proudly based at the foothills of the Italian Dolomites, where we ferment forgotten botanicals into something entirely new. We are backed by passionate investors and surrounded by people who constantly challenge each other to dream bigger .
We are looking for someone who loves people, restaurants and hospitality as much as great products .
Your mission is to identify, inspire and activate the chefs, sommeliers and restaurants that will shape the future of Feral. This is not a traditional sales role. Your mission is not simply to sell bottles, but to make sure they are proudly recommended at the table.
You will become the face of Feral in the hospitality world, helping our best partners feel that they belong to something bigger. Because they do.
You’ll travel across Europe meeting chefs, organizing tastings, spending evenings around restaurant tables, visiting kitchens, climbing mountains during our experiences and building long-term relationships with the people who will become the voice of Feral.
You will shape our international Ambassador Program and make sure every great restaurant doesn't simply buy Feral, but becomes proud to represent it.
Your responsibilities will include:
- identify and activate the most influential chefs,
sommeliers, restaurants and hospitality partners
- regularly visit our partner restaurants to support sell-out and staff engagement
- train waiters and sommeliers so they confidently recommend Feral to guests
- organize tastings, trainings and educational sessions
- create unforgettable experiences for our community (dinners, events, masterclasses)
- collect feedback and translate it into product and marketing improvements
- represent Feral at international events and gastronomy fairs
- work closely with the Sales & Marketing team to create authentic content from the field for social media
Long story short, you should definitely contact us if:
- you are passionate about gastronomy, drinks and hospitality
- you naturally build authentic relationships with people
- you have experience as a sommelier, bartender, restaurant manager, waiter or in premium hospitality (AIS/WSET/FISAR or similar qualifications are a plus)
- you enjoy travelling most of the time and being constantly on the road
- you speak fluent English and Italian (additional languages are a plus)
- you are entrepreneurial and hands‑on; startups excite rather than scare you
- you are organized enough to shape the ambassador program
- you are curious, humble and not afraid to leave the known path.
Location
While our Fermentery is proudly based in Mezzolombardo (Trentino, Italy) , we don't expect you to spend your time behind a desk.
This role is built around relationships.
- You may be based elsewhere, provided you're excited to travel frequently to Trentino and across Europe to visit our community of chefs, sommeliers and hospitality partners.
