Location: Milan, Italy (Rotation)Salary: €75K – €85K + PackageWe are working with a contractor delivering a large Data Centre project in Milan. They are looking to appoint an M&E; Quantity Surveyor to support commercial delivery on a live project.This is a rotation role working on a technically complex build, with a strong package and long-term work in place.Key ResponsibilitiesManage commercial aspects of M&E; packages on siteWork closely with project teams and subcontractors to track costs and progressPrepare valuations,



variations and final accountsMonitor project costs and support financial reportingReview drawings and specifications to support commercial deliveryAssist with procurement and subcontractor managementEnsure commercial performance is aligned with project targetsRequirementsProven experience in an M&E; Quantity Surveyor roleBackground working with contractors on large-scale construction projectsData Centre experience is highly desirableStrong understanding of mechanical and electrical systemsGood commercial awareness and cost control experienceMust have the right to work in ItalyPackageSalary €75K – €85K DOE€160 net weekly allowanceApartment and utility bills coveredIn-country travel providedRotation roleExpat tax scheme available (subject to eligibility)
