About the role This position focuses on the Hop quick-commerce division, managing grocery delivery through dark stores. You will develop commercial frameworks for pricing, promotions, and category management while serving as the primary analytical lead for the Italian market.

Location: Milan - Main Office Engagement: Full-time, Hybrid Compensation: 33,000 to 42,000 EUR gross per year (CCNL Commercio e Terziario, Livello 3) Team: Deliveroo Hop

What you’ll do

- Create and implement scalable strategies for range reviews, pricing models, and promotional campaigns.
- Use automation and AI tools to improve commercial workflows and increase operational efficiency.
- Partner with local Italian teams to adjust global strategies for regional growth.
- Coordinate with product, marketing, and tech departments to turn complex data into business plans.
- Develop and maintain automated dashboards to provide performance insights to leadership.

Requirements

- Bachelor degree in Data Analytics, Economics,



Business Administration, or a related quantitative field.
- 1 to 2 years of professional experience in commercial strategy, data analytics, or project management within retail, e-commerce, or food delivery.
- Proven ability to manage programs from start to finish with a focus on process automation.
- Fluency in English and professional proficiency in Italian.
- Ability to communicate data-driven findings to global stakeholders.
