Production Planner

The Production Planner will collaborate on medium and long-term production planning activities, ensuring alignment between production capacity and resource availability. He/She will work closely with Production and Procurement to promote efficient and sustainable planning processes.

Responsibilities

Contribute to medium and long-term production planning based on sales forecasts, production capacity, and resource availability

Manage and analyze production capacity, supporting workload balancing and optimal use of resources

Manage inventory levels, ensuring the right balance between product availability, service level, and stock rotation

Contribute to the development of aggregate production plans and material requirements

Monitor plan execution and analyze deviations related to volumes, capacity, lead times, and inventory levels

Prepare reports and KPIs related to production planning,



capacity utilization and inventory performance

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in engineering, economics or related field

At least 4/5 years of experience in production planning, supply chain management

Proficiency in Excel

Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail

Place of work: Headquarter, Florence.

The base salary range for this position is from 30.000€ to 40.000€ based on experience and profile.
